Commercial Inspections
We use thermal imaging free at no extra cost. GUPHI has performed plenty of commercial inspections. Commercial work is available up to 10,000 sq ft., use drones for roof inspections when necessary.

Residential Inspections
We will inspect any home, trailer and or condo. Anywhere in southern Nevada including Pahrump, Tonapah and Boulder City. Low e testing of all windows is also performed for our clients.
Thermal Imaging
By using this technology we're able to pinpoint heat or A/C loss which saves you money. It will also show a lack of insulation and weather stripping or bad thresholds. We check Low "E" windows and doors and attic insulation. All HVAC systems for duct work leakage and connections. Filtration of ventilation systems.
Plumbing Inspections
We look for signs of leakage improper pitch or wrong material in use. We test for water contamination and look for lead pipes. Make sure the well pump is working properly and the correct output pressure. Also we check the hot water service and drainage to the city connection or cesspool. We check all gas connections
Electrical Inspections
Check for proper load balance and utility connections. Proper utilization of breakers like amperage, routing of wire, bx and romex connectors, nail protectors, no open junction boxes, no wire splices and covers on outlets, 12/2 wire in bathrooms & kitchens, GFCI where needed and bedroom breakers to code.
